Viewtickets™ is your online shop window, your very own free service for selling tickets on the internet worldwide.

Your night and event is promoted for free on the site. Viewtickets™ has invested heavily in advertising and PR, indirectly giving you free exposure to everyone who uses it. We also have a partner (affiliate) programme in place

How does it work?
How does it work for the club and promoter?
Once you have registered your night, you log-in to the system to add and maintain your nights. You are sent your Viewtickets™ guest list by email (and fax if you give us the number) so you can cross-reference at the door.

When do I receive the confirmed list of Viewtickets™ for a night?
You are emailed and faxed the list at 6pm on the day of the event/night at which point the system closes sales. You can also print of this list any time when you log-in to the system.

Getting started
How much notice should I give before you can start selling tickets?
It is better to get advertised as soon as possible. It usually takes 48 hours to get the night live from registration.

Managing my night or event
What if I forget my login or password?
If you can’t remember any of your login details, please contact the Viewtickets™ team by email to support@viewtickets.co.uk.

Can I change the number of tickets I have allocated Viewtickets™?
Yes, you can increase or decrease the ticket allocation at any time.

Am I am able to close my night if the club is already at capacity?
You are able to close the night at any point. Once you have closed the night a list of Viewtickets™ sold will be sent to you by email (and fax if you supply the number)

Am I able to re-open a night I’ve closed on Viewtickets™ if there is space left in the club?
Yes, you would need to contact the Viewtickets™ team at support@viewtickets.co.uk who can re-open it for you at any time during office hours.

Refusing entry, cancellation and refunds
What about our right to refuse entry?
You reserve the right to refuse entry and this is stated clearly in the customer’s terms and conditions. In the majority of cases, no refunds will apply to the customer, however we do examine each case individually.

Revenue from sales and payment
How do I get paid for the Viewtickets™ that have been sold?
We issue payment (retrospective) for all tickets sold on the first Friday of each month. We send payment by cheque.

What does Viewtickets™ gain from this?
We provide a thorough and secure service, which includes free advertising and promotion for you. All we ask for is a small commission on each ticket we sell on your behalf, and a rate that you are comfortable with.
